Chaos Creators is an entertainment marketing agency dedicated to out-of-the-box social media marketing, fan engagement, and short form content creation. We are digital storytellers who develop cohesive brands and engaged fanbases for artists and creators. From on-site TikTok filming and editing, to rollout campaigns and content calendars, Chaos Creators uses our extensive knowledge of Gen Z and TikTok culture to merge creativity and strategy.

Before launching Chaos Creators, Blair Miller was the Creative Director of Jonas Group Media, an entertainment marketing agency she built alongside Kevin Jonas, Sr. Throughout Miller’s career, she has supported the social media efforts of artists such as Charlotte Sands, Kassi Ashton, Franklin Jonas, Brad Paisley, Chris Young, Lanie Gardner, PUBLIC, and Tucker Nichol. She also launched social campaigns with influencers such as Charli D’Amelio, Bella Poarch, Avani, Huddy (Lil Huddy), and Madi Monroe, and led marketing for brands such as Nellie’s Southern Kitchen (A Jonas Family Experience) and Nashville Briefing. Miller has been a speaker at events including the NAACP’s Arts, Culture, & Entertainment Festival, the Women In Music Summit, Music Biz 2023, SXSW’s mentorship program, and at numerous university Music Business programs across the US.

Highlights of Miller’s career include guiding Frankie Jonas’ explosive TikTok growth and limited edition merch drop, capitalizing on PUBLIC’s viral song Make You Mine,” campaign ideation and execution for Melanie Pfirrman’s single “Suda” featuring Pitbull, and sustaining Lanie Gardner’s viral “Dreams” by Fleetwood Mac cover video and surprise remix release of “Dreams” with David Guetta.

Miller earned her degree in Music Business from Belmont University. During her time at Belmont, she honed her marketing skills through stints with Scooter Braun's SB Projects, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Nashville, The Recording Academy, Country Music Association (CMA), and Crowd Surf. Blair Miller is also the founder of “If I Were An Artist,” a content series that explores how influencers are building engaged fanbases, and ways in which artists can harness these strategies to elevate their branding, refine their marketing plans, and optimize their single and album rollouts. This series is a testament to Blair Miller's commitment to merging creativity, strategy, culture, and fan engagement.
